A Momentary My Anywhere But Here
Some days there isn’t time for long reflections.
Today has been one of those days for me. I have been going non-stop all day — one thing after another.
Life moves quickly. Appointments, responsibilities, conversations, and the ordinary demands of the day can fill every available space.
And yet even on those days, we can still find a small doorway into our Anywhere But Here place.
It may only last a minute.
• Sitting quietly with a cup of coffee.
• Looking out a window for a moment of stillness.
• Taking a slow breath before moving on to the next task.
• Letting the mind wander somewhere peaceful, if only briefly.
These small pauses are not escapes from life.
They are tiny restorations within it.
Even a single quiet moment can remind us that somewhere inside ourselves there is always a place where we can rest, gather our thoughts, and return again to the day with a little more calm.
Sometimes My Anywhere But Here is not a long journey.

Sometimes it is simply a moment.
“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
